While you’re at it, think about other ways to keep your water clear. Clarifier is a great tool around this time of year as pollen counts increase and it finds its way into your water. Clarifier works to clump tiny particles (like pollen and others) together so it can be picked up by the filter system to clear up cloudy water. If clarifier isn’t cutting it or you’re on a time crunch you should think about Flocculant. Flocculant works similarly to clarifier in that it bunches small particles together, but flocculant will cause it to drop to the floor of your pool, allowing you to vacuum it up much quicker.
